Kara competes as one of seven Tier I Finalists in the JTVA Competition taking place in San Francisco, CA. She will perform in a masterclass led by American composer, Jake Heggie and sing arias in the final round concert.

As a 2022 Artist in Residence, Kara will perform chamber music. Musical highlights will include Amy Beach's Chanson d'amour, Massenet's Elegy, and selections by Florence Price.
